QUOTE(abubin @ Apr 11 2019, 06:07 PM) Don't waste your time with i-stop. It is not worth the hassle. Just get used to disabling it everytime you start the car. But I thought they broke the myth already, that iStop will not cause the battery issue wor. The potential battery issue it cause is not worth the amount of fuel you save from it. Sure, you can grow to live with it. But I am sure you won't grow to "like" it. It is just a gimmick created by car manufacturers to show their cars have more feature that others. |

QUOTE(kevinlim001 @ Apr 12 2019, 02:15 PM) I forgot where I read this before, not sure here or FB club. EDIT : It is something like, an owner didn't even switch off its iStop, but the battery still can sustain for 1 year plus. This post has been edited by nebula87: Apr 12 2019, 02:23 PM |

QUOTE(kevinlim001 @ Apr 12 2019, 02:55 PM) here is where the funny parts come in.. battery for petrol come with at least 1 year of warranty.. Hahahah. Every SC also same like that.before warranty ends SC either says nothing/says nothing wrong with the battery. but once the battery out of warranty d the SC comes to show me the battery reading says my battery is out.. even though i havent see christmas light. Mine petrol spec, but i rarely use iStop, so will definitely get past the 1 yr warranty period. |

QUOTE(projectnew @ Apr 17 2019, 10:35 AM) Guys I realised got a more and more paint chips already..Everytime I wash my car sure notice new one... Not even one year.. Now I really question the paint quality.. DCB here.. Mostly drive in good roads.. If I really want to count I think got at least 10 already Don't worry bro. You are not alone.Me thinking to repaint the whole car after 6 years. Unless you apply paint protective film at the first day you got your car. |

I have issue of fallen leaves and etc stuck in the wiper arms hole, after retrieve my car which park under a tree for whole day.
Those leaves are difficult to pull out. I asked the SC foreman, he said the leaves will drop to the ground, but few days already, no leaves dropped and shit. |

Yesterday night drove back from BKH immigration checkpoints to Penang.
140km/h to 150km/h whole stretch of road. Half way home, there is one Wira aeroback driving at 120km/h, since he don't want to slow down, so I keep following it at a safe gap and not tailgating it. (And also there is one Alza driving in front of him too at the same speed) But he suddenly brake softly 3 times, not sure why, but I think he misunderstand I highbeaming him while approaching uneven roads. I double check my headlight rays, it stop right at the Proton logo (not shooting his eyes). And my highbeam switch is off too. Then he cut to the left lane and drove behind me. Continuously highbeaming me many times, thinking to revenge on me, but I got my auto-dimming rear mirror with me and I ignored him and continue shoot down to home. Question here, did you guys experience that before? People thinking we highbeam them or something. I dont blame that Wira guy actually, Is our headlights too bright for them? |
