why so?

Feels hot? Hahah! For the skytint. Windscreen is the worse heat reduction. The sides are better.

windshield is actually the main one that allows the most heat to enter...

just too bad jpj won't allow less than 70 VLT

Yeah, i went for cheaper alternative. Should’ve just invested in good tint for windscreen.

I hardly see any dust in my car nowadays. It takes me 5 mins to wipe down the interior. Vacuum the carpets maybe once a month. Are you still using the coil mats that Bermaz supplied? Those yucky coil mats trap all the dust on our shoes and blow throughout the car. I told my SA DO NOT install those coil mats on my car, I brought my own 3D Maxpider mats that I bought and fitted the mats when I collect my new car. I rinse those mats whenever it gets some sand or soil. Clean floormats kept my car pretty much dust free.

Oh btw, I got a set of original unopened Mazda floor mats to let go. Anybody wanna make an offer? biggrin.gif
*
Huh.. never thought about the car mat and dust. No wonder my car so fast dusty 😂😂

Nope.. Shouldn't happen even at higher speeds.. Go have your tyres alignment checked.. Or just redo alignment and balancing.. should be alright.. It's advised to X rotate every 10K km at least.. I usually do it just after each scheduled service. 2 years+, almost 60K km & 19" Toyo Proxies here ...no major issues.. Plan to change tyres by year end at the latest as showing age d..
What to do...change to more silent tyres.. Michelin Primacy SUV..???  brows.gif
Speaking of tires... Need recommendations for 225/55R19... notworthy.gif
*
Follow.. what good tyres to change? My friend hrv more silent, but at high speeds can hear all the wind noise etc.

Hi Guys, plan to get a CX5, do you guys do coating for the new car?
*
Yup just to keep it easy to clean. Wont protect from scratches or paint chips though.

Wont affect the color texture of the original paint like soul red or machine grey? since we need pay premium for it lol
*
Any decent coating shouldn’t affect the color. They just need to do some simple prep/polishing before applying the coating, and since its a new car, they dont need to cut deep with the polishing.

Hi guys, new owner of a 2.5T in sonic silver here. Coming from a 2015 CX5 2.5 pre-facelift, I must say the car has improved by leaps and bounds!

Cant believe it was all in about 3 weeks ago that I test drove the 2.5T (albeit for the 3rd time!), made a decision to get it, got a valuation for the old cx5, booked the new one, secured a loan, traded in the old car, to now- happily driving the car!

You really love CX-5 huh?

or is there a way to clear this scratch?

If its their fault then please claim warranty. Might take a while though.

Mine 2019 KF 2.0 affected. Never had issues so far 30k km. Previously in the forums/facbook groups...seems that Shell petrol users will most likely get the issue. I’ve been using Petronas all this while.

Haha. Probably will feel it improved on something...but I can't feel anything, and it's normal right?

Damn my interior is full of petrol smell, I drop down all 4 windows for 2 days already, today will be 3rd day.  sad.gif
*
Yo..something is wrong. No petrol smell at all for mine. Didnt notice any difference.. but feels like petrol gauge and range went up...hahaha! Did they pump in petrol or what ?
