in fact, i just came back from SC to replace battery and the noise appears after that  doh.gif  doh.gif

guess i have to visit them again this week yawn.gif

Lol.. i had a replacement a year back, now the sound seems to come back. I like that bermaz is quite fast in honouring warranty claims. But i hate that they use the same low quality parts that cause the problem in the same place. They should use upgraded or different parts that should solve the defect. doh.gif

riding on 2.0 stock rim almost 20k km, FC never more than 10km/litre, guess my right foot is heavy
*
Same. I only get 11-12 with mixed highway drive. 2.0 just sufficient, wont feel “powerful”.

I'm currently use "Primacy 4 SUV" it's quiet tire, good grip on wet & dry, it's a bit heavy compared to 17" stock tire maybe the griping.
(Total Performance) on this tire means good grip until  your tire end. I have no regret change to Michelin tire!
*
+1, just changed to this too. The tyre noise dropped noticeably from stock conti cc lx. Not sure about grip never pushed my car to the limits. Overall feels like driving a new car lol… quieter and smooth..

These day buy car cannot test drive.
HRV has 20k booking, new Alza has 30k booking without seeing the car.
If you need to wait until test drive, the booking period will more than 6months.  laugh.gif  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

Lol.. ok i never thought of that.. 🤣 but i really cant buy a car without testing it first, just cant 😅

Would like to know in the price list mention Activ-e film? is the tinting good or actually sum cheapo tinting charging at 1.9k
*
To me its lousy la.. barely reduce heat especially the windscreen. The sides are actually ok. I added the sides for better and darker tint.

I should clarify I already own the SK Subaru Forester. Bought before the free SST ended. I'm now buying the CX5 in addition to that. So my basis of comparison is directly to the Subaru as I have been driving that for the past few months.
*
Wah.. why do you buy such similar cars.? Curious.

Forester is a little bit longer. Less maneuverable in tight spaces. It's used as a family car now. Great space inside. Windows so big too. Drive excellently. Power is adequate for most things. As long as u drive sanely.

But I needed another car when out by myself. N my current cars are getting old. So I wan to trade in those n get an SUV for myself. My requirements is for safety first. Subaru actually fullfil all. The Eyesight system is really good. Mazda is less capable but I don't want to go get another Subaru like XV. Want to try something new.

Tiguan no ADAS. Cross got stupid leg brake. Hrv, honda refuse to have 360 camera n blind spot monitor. Also head room y so less.. I'm 175cm. I go test the cx30 also feel small. I don't feel like buying Korean. So cx5 is 2nd best option. laugh.gif
