Small NA gasoline engine pair with heavy body MPV chassis sure bad fuel consumption, plus RON 95 is lousy quality fuel make whole situation worse, sure many gasoline vehicle cannot achieve average 14 km/l, except hybrid, new gen myvi, axia, civic 1.5L turbo, mirage, fiesta ecoboost and other similar cars with better power over weight ratio can achieve 14-18km/l RON 97 petrol, wanna better FC, sure modern turbocharged Diesel vehicles engine range 1.9-2.5L sure better FC than Axia infact.

First, please use unit KM/L... after convert, your FC is around 8.14km/L. after checking fuelly.com, avg fc for this car is around 10km/L. Thus, I conclude it is normal because few factor: I) Wear and tear ii) heavy body (and passenger) iii) Stop and go around town can also contribute to bad FC, as the engine needs to work hard to pull the car from standstill. QUOTE(Eurobeater @ Jul 20 2018, 07:22 AM) I currently own a Honda City 1.5l VTEC variant pre-2008 and used to own a 1.6l Auto Nissan Grand Livinia as well. The Honda City, if I'm light on my right foot, FC up to 15km /l. 12 ~ 13km /l if stuck in jam or city driving. Nissan Grand Livinia FC kinda sucks. At best it is around 12km/l even on highway driving around 90km/h. City driving or stuck in jam lagi teruk. Can be as low as your FC, around 8 - 9km/l. Eventually sold it off after 5 years. Thank you for your info, it is very valuable info for me to make a new decision for my family car!!!
