First, please use unit KM/L...
after convert, your FC is around 8.14km/L. after checking fuelly.com, avg fc for this car is around 10km/L. Thus, I conclude it is normal because few factor: I) Wear and tear ii) heavy body (and passenger) iii) Stop and go around town can also contribute to bad FC, as the engine needs to work hard to pull the car from standstill.
