ah quite some times didnt post here... been bz with work n stuff. n also coz it been a quiet transfer market for us.

anyway some quick update...

1. Cerci to Viola for 4mil euro... wow good deal i would say. had high hope on him making a breakthrough previously but he only hav the skills n lack the brain.

2. Andreolli to Chievo. another prospect that fail to live up expectation.

3. we loaned Paolo Castellini (who?) from Parma as our vice-Riise.

4. we got Bayern, Basel, n Cluj for the CL in group E... not a bad group it seem.

5. now that we got some money from Cerci mayb we can *finally* able to get Burdisso, but as always with Roma, who knows ?

p/s : i'm conveniently forget abt the SuperCoppa thing here. biggrin.gif

now that the transfer market had been closed (it closed laz nite actually juz that i dont hav the time to check), we got a surprise, surprise signing : Marco Borriello.

the deal is kinda odd n strange if u ask me... its a year long FREE loan, and we'll hav to come out with 10mil euro to pay AC no matter what after that. its not like we can juz ditch n send him back.

really, i never expect this at all. I was expect Behrami instead, which turned out that his deal didnt make it thru btw. not some1 i really hope for... but nevertheless he's a proven Serie A scorer, so hey i think its a good thing anyway.

welcome n Forza Marco !

i got my roma 80 years celebration white kit on the net, original but damn one of my other shirts colour bleed out an turned the wonderful kit pinkish....up to this day im very saddened by the event.... sad.gif

its kinda hard to find kappa official stores here in malaysia but there are some in uk , and a lot in italy.if only roma uses puma like the nazionale, then it would be easier to get them since puma ahas an official store in kl. laugh.gif

there had been some wild rumours that we offered Mexes to AC b4 the transfer window closed, well i hope its not true anyway coz even with Burdisso (2 of them by the way lol) in i still believe that Sexy Mexy got a lot to offer for the team. boy i'm glad he stayed. biggrin.gif

oh n what a tragedy for ur shirt !!! sad.gif

there are some Kappa storea in SG but they dont sell any official stuffs of Roma as far as i know.

he's a fine player, not the kind that suddenly make us world beater, but surely will come handy.

There are official Kappa stores in KL, quite few and they don't stock official club merchandises as well, similar to Sg Kappa stores. Stores in HK do stock up kits, but without names and numbers. Best bet is still online purchase, esp for Roma kits. However, there is a store in Sg who already has the new home kit. smile.gif

As for Borri, was also very surprised that Milan let him go, maybe there is an option somewhere that Milan can get him back if he does not decide to stay at Roma. Borri was already anticipating that he will not get a lot of play time with the arrival of Robinho and Ibra, and also with Pippo/Pato still in the ranks. He would have fallen way down the pecking order, hence his decision to go to Roma on loan.

juz went to a Kappa shop here in SG, n to my surprise they do sell the new official Roma kits at the price of SGD 99. biggrin.gif

as for the deal of Marco, no we cant send him back anyway - there's already an agreement that we'll hav to pay AC 10mil no matter what by next season.

well what can i say, really ? things that can go wrong, juz all went wrong at the same time.

the defense was shit - Rosi, Cassetti, Burdisso Jr... all of them. even Julio Sergio doesn't looks too convincing anymore.

looks like gonna be a long season ahead, again.

i think Roma show Bayern to much respect playing at their Allianz Arena.. But still its only the 1st group game.. Remember couple of season ago when Roma lose to Cluj at home with group containing Chelsea also? Then u guys finish as group winners.. laugh.gif

Ranieri hits back at critics

Strong words there. If this doesnt motivate n fire up the players, i guess nothing else will.
