Need help here.. the KSC75 I have doesn't come out with any sounds on one side. I suspect that the wire somewhere inside is separated. Can I get it replace since the warranty is for lifetime? If so, how?

Anyone can recommend me a headphone mainly for music + some gaming/movie
Price range : 400-600 Prefer dark soundstage, a lil more but not heavy bass Currently I am looking at Sennheiser HD555 |
