QUOTE(Superman7 @ Nov 10 2018, 09:14 AM) Is this the same as the current being offered by Apple on their Apple Store? This is refer to https://www.apple.com/my/shop/buy-mac/macbo...ual-core-256gb#https://www.lazada.com.my/products/apple-ma...s275840228.html I know Apple didn't upgrade the 13-inch without Touch Bar to the latest 8-gen processor but can't be too sure if this is the same one as Apple is selling on their website. Price difference is quite big. RM6790 vs RM5889. It's using 7th gen processor (without touch bar). the description is misleading. Another word it is A1708 model (check out- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacBook_Pro). if you search properly, there is another model which is 2018 Model with touchbar. Lazada apple store always sell cheaper depend on depreciation value. Apple store - forever it is same price even after a year. So to get best bargain is to buy from lazada apple store. QUOTE(Superman7 @ Nov 10 2018, 10:53 AM) I know the latest MBP is with 8-gen CPU but that’s with touchbar. lol...u r a bit late. good deal always finish faster. now all units has out of stock for macbook pro.If I’m looking only for the model without touchbar then my only option is with the 7-gen CPU. My question was is the Lazada link I showed earlier the same as the link you shared for RM6790? If so then I would get the one from Lazada since it’s ~900 cheaper... you only can try your luck on macbook and macbook air |

Another thing to take note, turn off OneDrive when not in use. It use a lot of cpu utilisation & drain battery as well.

QUOTE(westlife @ Nov 27 2018, 08:07 PM) that one cannot charge macbook coz dont have usb c. got another adapter which have 1 usb c and 2 usb A but that one too heavy and require another cord to plug power. It is suitable to put at home which i dont think need it as at home got original adapter for all devices.therefore the only option is this light adapter (without power cord) |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Dec 15 2018, 11:07 PM) so you are also using some software, i thought you meant by default edi can write NTFS Exfat disk. Its compatible with windows and mac.Majority using cloud - OneDrive, Dropbox & Google Drive. My usb c portable ssd is formatted as exfat. Tested performance is faster compare to using NTFS.Nevertheless, thank you for the clarification which one you use then?? This post has been edited by ericlaiys: Dec 15 2018, 11:33 PM |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Dec 15 2018, 11:38 PM) er.. you are making me confused. So you are using Exfat or NTFS? If NTFS, which software you use to enable Mac OS to write NTFS? As mentioned previously u can refer to the link that just share. By the way, why u concern on writing to ntfs when using Mac. A bit weird... |
