Got this today morning. May fixed some WiFi issue some forumer is facing.

M5 pro has EMUI 9 update OTA dy

the 5ghz wifi is fixed. prev i couldn't connect, after update can connect.

got EMUI 9.0 update and scratching head how the recent apps work. now everytime i open recent apps, i recent only the most recent apps and it also auto close.

how now?

Mediapad M6 10.8 & 8.4 launching soon but I don't see much of an upgrade except for the Kirin 980.



Was considering an Ipad Mini but this isn't too bad either.

Both of the m6 8.4 and 10.8 finally supports m-pen lite
Not the proper m-pen, which can detect up to 4k pressure points
The m-pen lite only detects up to 2k pressure points

In other words the m5 10.8 pro has m-pen which detects up to 4k pressure points. Both the new m6 8.4 or 10.8 only detects up to 2k pressure point with the m-pen lite.

May be will have m6 Pro in the future?

Actually how do you know that both 8.4 and 10.8 can support m-pen lite? I thought the 8.4 version won't support it.

Hi Guys

I'm planning to buy M5 8.4 from Lazada tomorrow.I saw that moat of the user has got the latest pie update. I need your assistance on the following

1. Is there any resolution problem with facebook used on M5 8.4 (Landscape/Portrait)
2. While holding M5 8.4 on landscape mode, does it block the speakers if we are listening to music/watching movies.
3. Can we talk using the normal speaker or we can only use the loudspeaker all the time.
4. If I purchase from Lazada' seller, and it includes change of mind policy. Can I return the unit within 14 days and being refunded?
5. Is there any other persisting issue which is still occuring even after updating that I should take note.

My main usage on the M5 8.4 would be watching videos/FB and some whatsapp video calls only.

Anyone know when m6 pro will be release?

Heard it's launching around July 20 in China for M6 8.4 and M6 10.8. Not sure if there's a Pro version.
