What is your age and max HR? Guess the fitter you get, the lower your HR is and its normal to have > 50% of your HR on zone 5 on a mid pace and higher group ride. Just make sure that you have ample of warming up and warming down and try not to over do it especially hitting higher HR than you could handle. I fainted once during a race because was holding > 190 bpm for about an hour and learnt my lesson. Train more and know my limit on how long could i last before ended up killing myself.

45 and Max is 175. Maybe need to change the HR Zone setting or faulty sensor because I didn't think i was overexerting myself.
