yeah i sudah lama avoid this kedai also. last time they "forgot" to put in my order lol but duit sudah ambil. got full refund but wasted my time waiting for about a month. end up cancelling my rig project as well.

anyway if you notice a lot of seller in Lelong always use this tactic one (not saying dotatech in particular), they put in murah a bit like RM30 - RM50 lower then everyone else. this will make them top of the list if the buyer sort by price low to high

after you purchased and pay through lelong, they will call you up and say the price has changed because exchange rate whatever and say have to topup or they will just cancel - end up paying a bit more or the same as everybody else. just dirty tactic really

i cod once with him few years back, made me wait 30 mins, say eating dinner, not friendly type

TBH - My personal experience.

They always do wrong in a pricing or specs. Last year bought full rig from them, first I specifically requested them to quote me ROG Strix 1080 OC edition, and the quoted the price also other bunch of stuff for full rig setup. Then I agreed, proceed to payment.. then suddenly say, oh the ROG Strix quoted is not the OC version, want OC version add RM xxx. I was like WTF, I already double check with you and called you.

*The guy with some english accents is quite rude anyway

However, I end-up changing to other things. But when I go take my rig the Malay guy is very friendly, showing me my rig and helping me move it.

I would say, if you keep posting wrong pricing.. it is your fault, if you do not want to sell at loss.. better pay attention when you post up your things.. Don't mislead your customer.. and don't let your customer clean up after your mess/fault..

should avoid online shopping if large amount especially lazada ... also, pls be extra caution when shopping online when the price is ridiculous low, it might be used/refurbished/fake item.

i wan to show how they do business with customer. u see their fb pages. post screenshot customer attitude like this like that etc bla bla..

but when i complain to them.. ignore my lazada chat, delete my post at their page. gud la, cover up like najib razak. want to be all perfect shop.

this shop not scammer. just sly in pricing

Sellers should honor the price they have advertised because the instance you click checkout the site will immediately charge your wallet/cc for the advertised amount, so in a sense the transaction has been agreed and gone through, I don't think Sellers can simply cancel your orders, Lazada should have some sort of mechanism to penalized sellers from taking orders and cancelling.

Me seller Lazada.

Sometime we do made body mistake like that.
We list a price & when stock habis we didn't replenish stock because slow moving item.
Tiba-tiba got order masuk only we order with distributor, then only realize distributor already increase price.
Then the question is either can still untung? Or no untung at all? Or making losses.
So to proceed with the order or not?

For me, if I kena stupid mistake like this, I'll try to source else where for cheap stock to fulfill the order, if ended up making losses >RM 50 I will cancel the order je.

At least buying a GPU for gaming because you need it to run the game, without it you can't even play most of the games. and it has purpose, you merely want to play game.

Conclusion,
you won't understand gamers who spend on GPU if you are not a gamers

you won't understand a musician spend on expensive instrument if you are not musicians

you won't understand ppl who songlap if you don't songlap
