Moved on to the assessment stage. Anyone done it yet? Apparently there are some coding questions.. Im a business student so GG

As for salary, they mentioned is comparable to what top MC firms are paying.. should be around 6k range

ggg coding questions, goodbye smile.gif

but im pretty sure they just wanna see our level of coding knowledge

if top MC firms like MBB then it would be around 10k range, maybe referring to like Big4/strategy salary so around 4k ?

Hi, I heard that Shopee turnover rate is quite high, but at the same time, they are attracting top people from universities and companies to their side. Is this resource model sustainable in the long run?

I've just made it to the next round. Has anyone made it to the networking session as well as the 1-1 interview? Thought it'd be great if I had someone to prepare together. Doesn't sound easy for the upcoming rounds.

Hey all, I applied for GLP and made it to the 3rd round (group interview) which would be held two weeks from now. Does anyone know how the group interview is conducted or any insights on it? Thank you!

Hi, I used to work at Shopee as their Customer Service team.

I will give feedback based on my short experience with CS team.

Working hours till 6 pm.
Long working hours due to high amount of email to settle after we have done receiving inbound call from the customer.

My friend transferred to Dispute team to settle the dispute issue and she need to stay back until 11pm to settle the task.
After I have resigned, so many people in the team resigned even the team leader itself.

Since Shopee is a startup company, so expect a lot of changes and direction on the last minute. This company is full of young people. All of them mostly on 20's and 30's. No Baby boomers in the team.

Free snacks every single day. I don't need to buy breakfast anymore during that time. laugh.gif

Salary, for customer service, you can earn RM2.7K and above. Some of my colleagues can earn until RM3.5k.

But for your position as Account Executive, I have no idea. Overall this is what I can give you an overview of this company.

You may read some of the ex employee review at Glassdoor.com: https://www.glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-...63091.11,17.htm

Just did a random search on Shopee Malaysia reviews on Glassdoor, it seems that 50-50 good and bad - https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Shopee-Ku...7,19_IM1100.htm

In terms of their remuneration package, median salary range estimation shown here https://fishcate.com/jobs/shopee/ are kinda low, but again i think will depends on the job opening and position available.

Shopee Malaysia official career page had tons of jobs opening, close to 100 jobs opening, seriously!? - https://careers.shopee.com.my/jobs/?region_id=6 . Go explore and have a chat with their HR team to know more. lol
