thus best is using different lawyer.. anything happen can rectify whose fault..

i have 2 lawyer contact for my two house purchase.

1)Very cheap but service SLOWWWW.. (My 1st house stamping 50% weaver refund after 1 year also haven get, due to they forget apply for me)
2)medium range but service very good.. all conversation documented and official email send out..
