My buyer told me to just use her lawyer so that I can save cost and ease of transaction, but I worry if I don't get my own lawyer, I will be at risk, is this worry justifiable? Or should I just use her lawyer?
My agent went to a few law firms and we got quoted 5k for legal fees, roughly around there, feels a bit too much for me, almost the cost of agent's commission alone
should I look for cheaper lawyers?
or the lawyer fee is reasonable?
or do I just use buyer's lawyer?
any comment would be greatly appreciated
