Good to see this company having problems. Went for interview about 2+ yrs ago. Everything very 'hush-hush' wan. Even their office looks 'concealed'. When I arrive got escorted into a room immediately. The manager who interviewed me, a bit too old for this kind of company i tot, also a bit lansi. Sumore dare to say haven't read my resume. Almost wanted to leave immediately. The whole time i got the feeling this guy thinking too much about money and wealth and if the company hired him, not a good reflection for them.

so because 1 manager lansi to u, u wish the whole company shut down, 100+ ppl out of job? nice man. who lansi now?

just like what some petronas or bhp stations reject 11st voucher last time - too late releasing money to merchant

but this time is affecting all sellers on platform - now go beyond 1 month also no receiving money, we are not on 'credit terms' but cash terms basis, how do small biz survive, large enterprise also die keep sending out goods but no money in...

By right they should implement the live chat AND phone number together or implement the live chat first before removing the contact number. Someone I know contacted them via email regarding their order a few days ago and yet to receive any reply. Go figure....

wah, used to work with them on design department, everyone was amazing people there.

Really hope the top management will sort things out because so many people will lose job if 11street really goes down

Doesn't look good. 11street, seller or both problem?

My wife ordered a Casio calculator from Asuka Express on 17/10. Still not shipped so I called Asuka Express today (19/10). I also emailed 11street yesterday but no reply from them yet.

Asuka Express staff bluntly tells me that their manager told them to put my order on hold because 11street has not paid them since February.

I think depend on the seller. I called and spoke to another seller, a smaller one as far as I can tell, regarding the same item. They said OK so I placed a new order with them. My cancelled order paid with Boost so my refund is stuck in 11street wallet. 11s wallet cannot cash out one.

May i know what is your item pay by boost? Currently i bought a toshiba led but until now progress. Your item is auto cancel or cancel by u or seller.
