Damn..just signed up yesterday to purchase an item from them. Seems like it is already being delivered by the courier luckily.
Isn't this company under Celcom or something..still have financial problems?

Today we cancelled our 1st 11 Street order (forgotten it even existed) and closed down the store, because our colleague is a 11 street beauty product seller, and she has not gotten her settlement for 2 months plus already..

Bye Bye 11Street.

I wanna claim warranty for a phone that I bought.

11street customer service has been useless in helping out with the situation.
It has almost been a month since I contacted them, the phone can't be used at all now.

The phone is an Imported set.
There was no warranty card and no invoice, so I have no contact of the seller.
I tried to be patient and give a little faith towards 11street's customer service team.
But I don't think it's wise for me to drag this any longer.
Hope that someone could help me out.

11Street is one of the worst platform I've ever used.
Closing off my 11Street store soon.

Extremely late settlement. Expect up to 1 - 2 months to get your money back.
For potential sellers deciding to sell on 11Street, my advise to u is... don't.

my recent purchase with 11st from Direct D dupe store...

delayed shipment, supposedly 1st October, but none till 10th..due to their delay payment from 11st..

dua2 bodoh....called 11st, never get back to me eveb they promised they will..
request cancellation from seller, oso delayed... till now not approved...

Yes, their customer service is also useless. Always make empty promises to call back.
Request to speak to their supervisor directly.
And get a case number from them.

Seems like it's getting worse. Some sellers have stopped sending stuff already, I think.

I am still waiting one payment from 11street with transfer date 21.09.18, until now , they still showing "Transfer in progress" lol
I called to customer service, they say will refer case to finance department and call back again if no response.

I've been selling on 11street for few years and I cannot tahan anymore I fulfill all orders but did not receive a penny from 11st for months !

I don't make big income from 11st, I sell for earning some extra pocket money only. But now!!!! I send out orders everyday, I don't make any money but owe money to a supplier!

From yesterday I already cancel all orders and contact buyer one by one, asking them to buy from me directly, luckily all of them ok with it.

I scare to close my store also, later 11st don't want pay me how?

Wah, no wonder my phone purchase from 11street T-mobile until now also not ship out. But my recent aircond purchase with them was OK.

damn, just bought something from 11st, did not get any updates from seller. posted my question on the item page, then seller ask to call them. guess what, 11st owe them 200k, hence they stop sending their product to buyer. Advise to cancel my order then wait for refund. Issue is, how long it's gonna take to get my refund.

11street contact number no longer working since Oct 9th 2018. Looks like they are indeed in trouble!
