My friend is a 11st seller he told me normally the item he sold he will get his payment in 3-4 week . Now his payment got stuck for 2 month's already. Wonder what is happening inside 11st.

Doesn't look good. 11street, seller or both problem?

My wife ordered a Casio calculator from Asuka Express on 17/10. Still not shipped so I called Asuka Express today (19/10). I also emailed 11street yesterday but no reply from them yet.

Asuka Express staff bluntly tells me that their manager told them to put my order on hold because 11street has not paid them since February.

Interesting.

Macam okay jer... my order all in order so far, i received 1 out of 2 of my orders. the 2nd one preparing for shipping

I think depend on the seller. I called and spoke to another seller, a smaller one as far as I can tell, regarding the same item. They said OK so I placed a new order with them. My cancelled order paid with Boost so my refund is stuck in 11street wallet. 11s wallet cannot cash out one.

May i know what is your item pay by boost? Currently i bought a toshiba led but until now progress. Your item is auto cancel or cancel by u or seller.

Mine is a Casio scientific calc. Only RM80 so not a big worry. Cancelled by seller after speaking to them on the phone where they told me they're withholding shipments. I hope you paid by credit card. I paid by Boost, refund to 11s credit, so my money is stuck at 11s.

I pay by boost as it's a daily deal in boost app and only accept boost payment. Currently the status is preparing for shipping. Its already 3 days and the status still the same. I began to worry now. The amount is rm 770 and i dont want it be 11s credit.

If you paid by Boost, 11s credit is the only option for refunds. And 11s credit cannot be withdrawn.

Daily deal is by which seller? Maybe can call the seller directly. If product fulfilled/handled by 11s themselves then shouldn't be a problem.

Anyway I think you should be OK, twice I kena this and the status stay put at "Payment Confirmed" until I ask about it. The first time was Sri Computer. I waited one week and then only asked. They cancelled the order and gave "wrong pricing" as the reason. 2nd time is the one I just posted about. 2 days stucked at "Payment Confirmed", I felt something wrong already.

LOL. This seller is definitely mad at 11street. Reason for cancel "pending payment from 11s" rclxms.gif

wahh that serious? then why the seller still listing on the site?
*
Dunno, maybe they feel if they close shop, they may not get paid at all.

Mind you, this is just one seller which I happen to order from this week. I have around 20 other 11s orders for the last 2 months and all were ok. All except one where the seller kept quiet for a week before I enquired and then promptly cancelled the order for "wrong pricing". Maybe the same situation?

We have both bad and good experiences here which is quite normal for any shopping platform. It's just that this particular seller was very straightforward with the reason why they are not going to fulfil my order. That surprised me. But with any story, there're always 2 sides to it.

Glad it worked out OK for you. Sorry I scared you with my story. icon_rolleyes.gif

Mine also OK. After getting my refund in the afternoon, I placed another order with a different seller (but RM8 more expensive sad.gif and I called them first to make sure that they are willing to ship) and it's already shipped out at 6pm. But DHL eCommerce? First time use them dunno OK or not.

Last year news, but still I got my item. So nice 11street. Where got bankrupt?

Since my experience with that Casio calculator seller late last year, everything else has been quite smooth. CN sellers not affected by the lack of disbursements? Cause I’ve been buying many smarthome items and they prepare the shipment in less than a day.

I’ve experienced 2 sellers who declined to ship to me because 11s allegedly owes them money. Both local.

The sellers who're in this forum should give more details about their situations. Perhaps as a warning to buyers.

If they even owe their sellers,  getting refund would be even more difficult

Email them or click Return. I’ve had 6 refunds so far. All seller initiated. 2 refused to ship. The other 4 was for one particular item that was no longer in production.

you got the item because of seller sent you the item, but your money is with 11street that "never" pay back to the seller.

Yes, that’s what I heard from the seller from whom I ordered a Casio calculator. They told me over the phone 11s hasn’t paid them since x-month 2018 and declined to fulfill my order. I asked 11s about this and they told me that payments to them was already cleared up to, a more favorable to 11s, y-month of 2018 where y>x. I’ll have to check the exact replies but it was a difference of about 10mths.

Anyway I was refunded and made a successful order from another Casio seller but not before I asked that seller if she would have a problem fulfilling my order. Thankfully this seller was ok.
