My payment from 11 Street has been delayed since the beginning of the month. The status of the settlement shown that "transfer in progress" and it is still the same status until today. Settlement has been pending for around 1 month. We have tried to contact 11 street but the they keep asking us to wait for 24 hour to 48 hours for the relevant department to contact us. However, we didn't received any call from them. Each time we call, the same answer was given. I also noticed that lots of sellers from 11 street also facing the same issues. Please update us, if you have any latest news regarding 11 street. Thanks.

Every single e-marketplace platform in Malaysia isn’t making money from their business operations. The moment their funding dries up or funder pulls out; game over. Their business model just ain’t sustainable.

Hmm... that bad, eh? Met a relative whose wife's working there. Said the company's in pretty bad shape financially.

But this online retail platform game is a lose-lose for everybody except wise consumers and delivery companies. A lot of manufacturers and retailers being squeezed and the platforms are losing money trying to gain users through incentives like coupons.

Will be interesting to see who are the last men standing for online platform and brick & mortar retailers.

As a seller on 11Street, yes I can confirm that I have been getting very late settlement payments from 11Street. My longest settlement took 1 month plus when their settlement agreement clearly states 3 - 7 working days. Ridiculous.

I am trying to get 11Street to waive the transaction fee since it is their fault in delaying the settlement payment. Small chance but I will keep pressing them.

I know of many other sellers facing the same issue. Also, their customer service department is plain useless. Never once gave me a proper answer or solution. I have since escalated the settlement issue to their customer service team lead (who is also useless). If any of u sellers need their escalation email, pm me. I think it's faster to go through their escalation channel than to go through their customer service department.

I hope they end up like GemFive. 11Street is pretty much a dead e-commerce platform if this goes on for a few more months. I'm now contemplating on shutting down my 11Street seller account and switch over to Shopee.
