cup base original got screw hole?
during installation down ..no noticed this problem?
your lockTech original from thailand?

thanks ..

No that guy have to drill special hole to the armrest cup base.

The locktech i get should be from thailand as the box have thailand wording. The box written for model honda BR-V'16/AMAZE'16. The blocking is after installation. When pull out to lock, if i don't press in the center of the plastic before pulling to lock , it will be block by it. That guy told me is it like that as the center of the plastic does not have clipping thus cannot be clip in.

No they use the existing screw hole.the original cupholder at the second seat already have screw hole there.

He only notice it is blocking after installation. Normally he install dfender pedal lock on brv and this is the first time installing locktech on brv. Are your locktech blocking as well?

Yes all you need to do is drill a hole on the armrest cup base to match the original screw holder location.

I heard about Geneo lock but most of the recommendation is either locktech or aorto thus going for locktech as many of the car accessories doesn't carry aorto lock.

Locktech does not block the leg when driving and you can't see it from top view when it is not in lock mode.

Locktech brake, rm390 include installation fee, rm30, self install for me cannot lah, need to have those tools, and looks complicated, as that Sifu took out the lower part of the plastic located under d stearing n install the lock.

Noted bro, thank you for ur info, was planning to buy samurai sun shade, I guess I need to look for other brand.
*
Jordan& James, did your locktech need to gently push the center of the plastic before being able to pull out to lock mode?

Did anyone install Locktech pedal lock on Honda BR-V? I have installed mine and when pulling out, it will be block by the casing. Have to push the casing abit in before the pedal lock can be pulled out. Is this normal?

Yes, the pictures show the unlock & lock position.
I remember the installer took a bit of time to install it.
Very inconvenient if you have to keep pressing the plastic every time to lock.

Yes, needed, as the design of the center feel a bit cheap, so every time I pull the lock, make sure the lock didn't touch d center. But for me is not end of the day.
