may i know hotlink postpaid flex plan do support VoLTE while calling???

Hi There, the Surfmore 50 not allowed to change to Hotlink Flex. You can change it to a prepaid line instead. TQ-Dhanen

and the contract month can increase another 24 mth?

Thank you for your interest.

If you have an active device contract for your mobile number and would like to add a new device contract, you can either make penalty payment to remove current contract or wait till your contract ends.

We do not have option of adding another 24 months device contract on top of current active contract.

or maxis 98 to prepaid and to postpaid flex?

Hotlink Flex is a Hotlink Postpaid service. Regret to inform that Existing Maxis Postpaid account is not allowed to change to Hotlink Flex plan

first of all, u must be on their network when replying.. if u're on roaming and replied, then it will not work

In that case, you can still make payment via online banking eg M2U, CIMB clicks or etc. Choose Maxis and key in your Maxis account number.
