I think they definitely have enough volume to continue construction,as last week I went to the showroom, the units are 70% booked. I saw it in the sales agent's phone, not the sticker board that developer put up.

Also last week I went they were building stuffs... Still working I guess

In normal circumstances, i think 70% take up rate is actually quite fair
i recall they havent launch the 2nd phase yet. so the 70% is only the first phase ba haha
