developer really had a bad record on their first project. Understand this is their 2nd project.
My initial expectation was, since they messed up the 1st project, they should be putting more effort into the 2nd one but meh |

I only know after my loan first drawdown in March 2020, then never drawndown anymore liao.
Already 2 months late as compared to the estimation schedule i had. But then, got the MCO to factor in lar |
