There's literally housing area next to it and restaurant on the opposite. I'd imagine something mustve been done if there is any smell. I'll try to visit and sit at the restaurant especially on rainy day to see(smell).

On the block C my SA confirmed that its at different location (U11). Appreciate if u can share any other concern before i commit this loan. 😅

I also book one unit. And was my SA told me about the block C is they are going to launch when they fully build and sell it with higher price. Then I asked another SA for confirmation he gave me the same answer for block C. But ur SA said block C is at another location? Weird. confused.gif confused.gif confused.gif

If u read through the whole thread, u guys will find the discrepancy and confusion on block C. Which is why u should find out what are they going to do with block C. Nevertheless, Embayu's layout is quite nice.

I'm know another is besides Embayu only, I'm the exclusive agent of it, it is 3bed 4bath with 1,100sqft, brand facilities and available 2-3car park per unit
Besides, developer still provide 90% furnished, layout also is special and practical for invest or own stay
