wise did sent an email regarding this,i cant remember when.
because ARS not stable, even to already won world cup.
so they unable to give a proper rate to customer.
can utilize ARS, but cannot convert to other currency or topup to ARS.

Hi,

My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription has expired. I read online that I can get the cheapest price by changing the region on my Xbox account to Turkey. Do I need to use a VPN for this step? Should I buy Gold and upgrade to XGPU, or just buy XGPU directly? Can all of these steps be done directly through the Xbox console?

Login to vpn, connect to turkey server.
Login to xbox.com and redeem the code for xbl 12 months.
If there any notification for recurring bill, please turn it off, else you gonna get extra 1 month and cannot fully utilize the 36 months maximum.

After complete redeem 3 code of 12months xbl, redeem 1 month game pass ultimate.
There will be a notification that all 36 months of xbl will be upgrade to game pass ultimate.
The maximum month will be 36 months, not 37 months.
Confirm it and the subs will change from xbl to game pass ultimate.

on xbox console is subscription, per month.
