I bought a Logitech G Pro last July from an online store in Lelong. A month ago it started to have a double-clicking problem. I sent my the mouse back to the online store, they told me I should wait for Logitech to revert.
A week later, I asked for an update on the status, and they told me I will not be getting a replacement, and instead Logitech will fix it for me. They said the reason is because I've bought the mouse for more than 6 months, and 1 to 1 swap is applicable for the first 7 days of purchase.

May I know if this is true? I've read so many Logitech's consumers' experience that they all got a new replacement as long as they sent it back within the warranty period.

Yes, what they said is correct. 1 to 1 replacement only available within 1 week but anyway you got your mouse fixed in the end right?

Then what does the 1 year warranty mean?
I don't think I've read incorrectly but I'm sure I've read some topics/posts here that they got their mice replaced within the 1 year period.

I still don't have my mouse back. sad.gif No idea if it's still with the shop, or with Logitech. >_<

1 year warranty means they'll repair it without cost (unless you broke something).

if they can't repair it, then they'll replace it with another unit. don't hold your breath for unopen unit though.

first time beli barang ka?

Say if you bought a TV or fridge, and within warranty period, they're broken (spoiled).
Do they give you another new one? They don't right.
They either repair it on spot or take it back for repair.

p/s I not sure where you get the idea for 1 to 1 replacement during the warranty period.

They'll replace a new one if they are not able to fix it.

In your case, they able to fix it and send it back to you, that's how warranty works.

I see few irreleveant or clashing information in here. Fyi, most of the 1on1 replacement coverage were always provided by the shop theirself, under brand policy. All these coverage are then made noticed to the stock provided/ distributor under their SOP.

As in certain place in Malaysia, sadly, it apllied strictly under those 7 days (shop own coverage), or till there's a spare replacement unit in their hand. The shop's distributor supposedly providing a 1to1 coverage to TS, especially if it was a Logitech product. Why dont you try your luck with Logitech asia careline for further support?

Wish you luck. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi guys, sorry to bump an 'old' thread but i came across this thread through my search. Would like to ask, has anyone bought their mouse from amazon/ other non-Malaysian online platforms/sellers and then later register the warranty at the official logitech website?

Is it possible? Would appreciate any feedback if possible, thanks! notworthy.gif
