Somemore you say DotA is cool coz the heroes cast magics and stuffs, what the heck, all heroes in WC3 can cast magics, even some normal units also can cast magic/buff/debuff! DotA merely copy those skills/magics and modified it before implement it into their heroes.

Can we get back to SC please? WC is a disaster and DOTA is a joke, we've already established that. If the dotards want to argue, let them, or better still, mod them due to off-topic and trolling behavior. It is fact that SC came before DOTA, and DOTA borrowed many stuff from SC, so no point in arguing about established fact and history.

despite the fact that dotards spawned outta wc, i beg to differ that wc(ur not even mentioning wc3, rather generalizing the whole wc franchise) is a disaster. assumingly ur talking bout wc3, it definitely isnt a disaster as:

1) there are still a LOT of player base on bnet
2) its sales chart easily toppled sc

while it is true that it isnt as "legendary" as sc, (i mean cmon, how could it be? it indirectly revived a country's economy[south korea], coming from a game, that is huge. not to mention the fact that a 1998 game that is still widely played until this very day vs a 2002? or 2003 game? forgot when wc3 was out) but by no means it is a disaster.

lol.. guess wat we have tat Illidan Stormrage in WoW as well
