Next week will be my first international flight experience.

Here's the thing.
My Full Name In IC is Mohd Saleh Bin Ramdan @ Ramzan (example)

So the name at my booking ticket is Mohd Saleh/Ramdan
But at my passport the name is Mohd Saleh Bin Ramzan.
There's another page in the passport stated that "The bearer also known as Mohd Saleh Bin Ramdan.

Will there be any issues when I boarding the flight? As the name on ticket & passport is different?

whenever being asked by Immi at anywhere, u can show the page saying "The bearer also known as Mohd Saleh Bin Ramdan."

I'm flying to Brussels. I'm not worried about the immigration in Malaysia. What bothered me is when flying back Brussels to KL. i dont want to be stucked there.

No problem as they usually check passport picture and match your face. No need so precise also no problem since they scan your passport and make sure its authentic (cross check with passport database).

Another thing guys. Is this also applicable when check in at counter. As the airline staff notified that the ticket booked name is different from the passport. Will they let me board the plane? Or they insist to change the name (with extra cost of course).

I have read online that some airline needs the name on the ticket is same with the passport.

Usually no need as long as the name is almost similar

Of course name need to be similar. Ticket say name Jack then passport name Bob of course cannot lol.

Whoever ask any question, ask them to flip to the page that states you are Ramdan and also Ramzan.

Best to make sure air ticket name is the same.

Now that is confusing for some ..it might delay ur boarding process

because in the passport also mention both name... so it wont be a problem.

Can clarify why different name in father?

I think you will not be able to use the auto boarding pass machine. you will need to go to counter for a human to process it. i had a similar problem one time when my travel agent put my first name as my surname so the machine gave an error. this is fine in most airports but heathrow was a problem for me because they only had 1 counter for manual processing (which is fukin ridiculous) and there were many ppl with issues with their passport so the queue was absurdly long.
