there is so many asumptions on that subject..just have to wait a little longer for GW to put out a new codex for the tau to explain all of this..

man its damn hard to find warhammer 40k books here..if can find not much of a selection..hmmm
@hunt or johnny you use storm boyz right.. what is the major killer for them when your facing other players need some insights hmm

the thing is he came like 2 to 3 squads of storm boyz and 1 squad of shoota with big mek as back up.. i got 2 tacs 1 fc gk+chap still he can make me running around like trying to catch him
his storm boys fly in whack my tacs then BM+shootas tele in to shoot what ever they can then beam out.. on my side i was thinking to tech or reinforce
both ways also i die..cos if i dont reinforce i got no units left.. hmm

yeah i know i do stand little chance VS soul...so waba when can we have a match .. oh ya just to tell you all that next week i wont be around the forum or coming to the waaargh sessions cos im busy with a movie project..i would try to come if i get a chance..and post once in awhile on the forums..i wont be long only for 45 days

guys what do you say if we have our very own DOW league.. i been thinking bout it and its also a good way to get more new players to start playing the game and it might intice old players to come back to the game as well..

been talking with lord inquisitor kong bout it and he fully supports the idea

so basically it will be a DOW league played online..and since its online it wont be limited to people around kl or klang valley..this could be a regional thing..
as too the timing of play i have thought out a mechanics that we have it like a weekly stages.. for example.. week 1 i'll annouce who will fight with who and thru out the whole week the players has to have a mutual agreement on when to have the match and announce it on the forum.. this is to avoid walk overs cos not everybody is available all the time..and making a fixed dates can be a bit demanding for some..so if the players has already set the date of play and one of them is a no show.. then the win goes to the other player..
and also to determine the winners for each match the winner of the match will have to post up the replays to avoid sore losers

the league would a standard league where the top 2 or 3 players from the group will proceed to the playoffs where it would be the best out of 3 type of game
and the whole league would be played on gamespy

so basically thats my idea what do you guys think?? and if any of you would want to volunteer in helping me that would be great
and the most important part that i want to ask.. is it do able

game mechanics wise is to be discuss.. and if the majority of the people of this comunity agrees we can go ahead and do the necessary planning
and as inquisitor kong said we can get mas-1 to join up the headache of a website wont be a problem

well its not the best out of 3 type matches..one group lets say 5 people per group..they play each other and gain points for wining.. top 2 or 3 players of the group advances to the playoffs

it all depends if we can get that many people to seperate into divisions
if so happens we could get alot of people.. we can go with a round robin style
game placing... where you get everybody will fight each other once then acumulate the points to put into ranking..then divide those in to lower brackets and upper brackets..from that divide them into groups..then at the end where the top players from lower brackets and upper will be put into another grouping then after that playoffs..that would only work if there is alot of people joining

we are still having the waaarghh sessions..i shall try and draw up a prototype with all of you guys feedback..as soon as i can and with the imba job coming up i'll will find a way to fit all this in just need to juggle a few thing
