yup yup.me too.. i will continue to play this game for a very long time... unless DOW2 comes out that a different story all together

enough already with all this dota thingy.. some people like to play dota and some dont and there are some of those who dont even know dota ever existed.. lets keep our thread from all the dota bashing and all this negative energy outside this thread we're here cos we like or love the game DOW..

well i do enjoy a challenge.. i still have a long way to go.. im not an rts player till DOW mostly i play rpgs and fps.. and i do love the warhammer 40k universe.. i'll wait for you on the battlefield hunt



it all depends on gameplay wise.. to me DOW2 will rock and SC2 wont have much depth to the gameplay (if considering it will play like the old SC but with an updated graphics) but story wise it will be cool..

but what makes a good game??? the sales or quality gameplay??
but in the world of commercial consumers sales would be the way to go and SC2 will no doubt PWN all..

all we can do is too wait and see..as too for what i know coming from relic they do make good strategy games and are abit different from the pack.. blizzard are old school they do stick to the old ways of rts.. we just have to wait and see and im quite confident that DOW2 will be much better in gameplay.. while SC2 has that more commercial appeal.. which is why it will be in WCG cos everybody will be playing it..

im not saying that SC2 will be a boring 2 dimensional game where it would be a spam fest.. its just that the whole feel of the game is abit kiddies to me

all in all i do agree with heaven and heaven when can i get the redemption crusade comic i totally forgot to ask you to pass it to me the other day my bad my bad

most people like their games to be simple.. hence DOTA is more popular nowadays.. and also providing the minimum spec to run the game decently is a killer its no wonder the game doesnt get that much attention it needs..

bullfrog is a developer based in uk which created alot of cool games such as dungeon keeper series and syndicate series and theme hospital and other cool games.. it got bought over by EA

true enough gambling is in everything.. people love gambling.. people will bet on anything and everything.. the other reason is to why SC is still around is because of the koreans.. they're whole nation supports gaming and its an national sport.. so theres alot of professional gamers there.. and thats an incentive enough for people to play games and be a celebrity.. just imagine how many people will be playing games if gaming is a national sport of malaysia.. sadly the majority of the malaysian people thinks that gaming is the work of the devil and the main cause of youth to take drugs and gambling and cutting school and many many other bad things and should be banned.. hmmm

from the article bout dow2 if i understand it correctly that would be a multiplayer side of it right?? if multiplayer online plays like that then its justifiable to a certain extend..like an online campaign that would be interesting

nope we're aint dead yet.. just busy with worldly matters thats all.. we're pretty much alive.. we still play online with each other and we're attracting new players and meeting new players as well.. so all is still good

and guys please dont say that this comunity is dying or what not cos it will put off new players that come to this thread.. if you wanna say something like that please dont do it here... cheers
