I can't believe you are actually asking this question. You are already paying TM for the installation and registration fees but yet you are offering them this "special fee"?

Let's not start a culture where they don't work as they should be (as if they are very efficient to begin with) and expect the public to offer them these fees as incentives.

hye i just receive my 4mbps today which is i need to wait almost 3 weeks...anyways i download content on the website such as rapidshare the maximum i can get today is below 100 KB/s. And torrent around 8/15 seeds and 31/79 peer download arround below 100 KB/s...is my connection sux? is it just me?

how long did u wait? when did u register for this package?

is it possible to downgrade back to 1mb ? Does the agreement says we need to use for 12 months ? My dad fed up already with the slow speed
