i just got my 4mbps connection yesterday, and all i can say is that there's not much difference. Slow websites are still slow to me, and my download speeds arent that fast either, except for limewire, which is also fast with 1mbps
Do u guys think changing to a better modem will make it better ?
Added on June 10, 2007, 12:59 amp/s : i had no service interruption whatsoever. Weird eh ?

Those of u who are getting torrent dl speeds 150kbps and above, may i know what torrent client ur using, and what do u download ? I wanna try, coz i think my torrent is definitely the same as before. I only get fast download with flashget

ive been getting good connections nowadays, after i changed my modem  now surfing the web is way faster than before, and direct download from websites can easily get more than 200kbps, sometimes 400+ kbps, depending on what site |

i reached 500kbps before too, but not for long.
anyways, why am i not getting full speed ? im downloading max at 200+kbps, and even on tmnet's speed test im getting less than 2mbps
but my modem says im getting all 4mbps. Ive been getting this for a few days already with different ips.
my current ip is 218.111.4.x
