no....wat i mean is thier is 1 that citizen above 18 can apply.as long u deposit rm500 to the account,then u will get the visa electron debit card

btw,i like service from UOB Bank,look pro as previously i am U Card and UOB-MalaysiaCollege.com debit card holder.
