i have al-rajhi debit card. so far no complaints for local purchases. if u want ebay/ paypal, they don't have that service yet... say coming soon worr... dunno bout d latest news.
btw, anyone else got this debit card? the last statement i received wrote that starting next year Jan they're charging visa electron withdrawal RM10 per transaction. what does that mean?? are they gonna charge me 10 bucks everytime i swipe it??

i'm falling in love with my al-rajhi debit card... great customer services. no prob so far paying for stuff, but still dunno yet how's d status with paypal... didn't ask. but overall, i quite like it. no annual fees... only mah fan part is u have to top up in al-rajhi atm. not a prob for me coz i have one very near me - part of the reason i chose it
