Just open my PB saving account together with day2day visa debit card, cost Rm 250. Is it they hold on RM 200 for those use PB day2day debit card?

Correct. Make sure you have at least RM201 when you want to swipe the card at any petrol kiosk as Public Bank will temporary hold RM200 from your account. The remaining balance will be refunded to you once Public Bank clear their account.

By the way, solarwing, the minimum balance you need to keep in your Public Bank savings account is RM1 only at the time
