I just check from tunemoney.com. Tune card is VISA debit card. Anunual fee RM9.99. You have to go and collect your tune card from selected Pos office if your application success and Pos Malaysia will charge you RM3. Reload via CIMB or PosMalaysia will be charge RM2. If reload via FPX will be charge RM0.50.

First 1000 applicants will get FREE tune card. But I can't find what they define by free. Annual fee waive for first year or what?

Maybank introducing the New Maybankard Visa Debit. In my personal opinion, I would say this is the best debit card. No annual fee but the design of the card is sweat.gif . You just need to open a saving or current account to get this card for free. But for existing saving or current account holder, need to pay RM12 to change Maybankard ATM card to this Maybank Visa Debit.

What is Maybankard Visa Debit?
Maybankard Visa Debit is an enhanced ATM (Automated Teller Machine) card. It can be used to withdraw cash from ATMs, and at the same time function like a credit card. It can be used to make purchases at merchant locations such as petrol stations, grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants, including overseas merchants and even on the Internet. When Maybankard Visa Debit is used to make purchases or cash withdrawals at ATMs, funds are deducted from the customer account, directly accessing the money in the customers?deposit accounts.

How and where to get the Maybankard Visa Debit?
1. Visit Maybank branch nearest to you
2. Fill up the application form and choose Maybankard Visa Debit when you open a Current or Savings Account
3. Existing Current and Savings Account customer can apply for Maybankard Visa Debit

7% petrol rebate applicable to existing e$aver account holder? D*mn it. I just open the e$aver account last month. No promotion during that time. I should wait until this month so I can get extra 0.5% and entitle to participate in the promotion.

TnC I copied from the site.

Any StanChart eSaver user here? How's the 7% rebate work? Does it limited to certain brand of petrol?
How about ATM cash withdrawals at StanChart ATMs? Will there be any charge?
I think you should call the bank and check with them.

From what I read in TnC, rebate not limited to certain brand of petrol.

For cash withdrawals,
RM8 per annum for ATM card fee. Unlimited ATM withdrawal(up to RM3,000 per day) and Over the Counter access.
RM1 service fee will be charged for cash withdrawals made at the ATMs of HSBC, OCBC and UOB.
RM12 service fee will be charged for cash withdrawals made at oversea/by using Maestro ATM network
