I'm currently using a Public Bank Debit Card. I want to use it with paypal but it keep saying that my debit card has been denied by the bank. I even loaded the minumum rm 25 inside.
Any idea how to get it work? (by the way, I have applied for the "certified by visa" in the public bank website yesterday) |
