As for those who are not qualified for a Credit Card, you can actually ask your mom/dad to pledge a fixed deposit with the bank, and then apply the CC with the fixed deposit as a pledge. If you are under 21, then ask your mom/dad to sub the card to you, but relatively, they dont use the card, so the credit limit is all yours.

A good habit for CC users, get an envelope for every month, after using your CC, put the transaction chit together with the amount that you have signed into the envelope. Guarantee to be able to control your spending and also meet the debt requirement at the end of the month.
