yaya....i think MBB debit card is the best..since no annual fee and their online banking is most easy to use

btw,no nee dpin oso can activate online..the pin is for u to withdraw money frm atm

huh....u just only need to call to card department and tell them u mistype the details when u r applying VERIFIED by VISA
then they will reset and you need to refresh and re-apply again

hmm,last time i oso got wrong for the maiden name....then i called them n they fix it very fast...

the de code must leave it blank(de 1 where u need to type 4 or 5 digit for credit card)

day2day can take immediately while u need to wait for around 3 weeks for visa electron...it depends
if u use it just for online,then i think its day2day...if u dun wan it to be linked wit ur saving account,then i'll recommend visa electron becoz its standalone

try to buy things online n not registering ur paypal..if tis get through,i think should be no more problem..the problem now is the paypal payment..

yes...u wun get the code immediately...u got the card only..not the card linked to ur paypal...

did u tried call maybank ask them y can't get thru the payment?

i think the best way is call their customer service...
e-mail is slow...i always call them rather than e-mailing them
