Many of you facing problem to downlaod movie from AOD since last night?
My speed test with the box is either 'timeout' or '0.80 mbps'.
I am with 100mbps unifi

Is there any list of channel which Astro Ultra box can not do cloud recording?
As i know, all SD channel can not be recorded. How about HD/UHD channels that still can not be recorded due to content right.

Actually, some SD channels can be recorded. Just checked TV Alhijrah and CCM and it allows recording. Maybe you have to check Astro GO to see if what channel allows cloud recording to double-confirm?

Maybe you can ask joshhd for a complete list of channels that can't be recorded.

Getting fed up with Astro, always fail to assign technician with long ladder to access the dish at roof.

To resolve this, I am thinking to switch to Ultra box.

Anyone here can advise
1) Using ultra box do not require satellite dish anymore, right?
2) I am on Unifiy 100mbps package, is it good enough for ultrabox?
3) My current package is Super Pack Plus 3, can I remain at this package after switch to Ultrabox?
4) If can not remain at Super Pack Plus 3, what is the most similar current package that Astro is currently having?
