Try switch off power of your Ultra Box for a while, then power it back on again. Then leave it to standby mode.

My advice? The answer is no.
If you're using PVR box, then just continue use it. For the time being, don't upgrade it first until Ultra Box allows user to connect to external hard disk for local recording.

My Ultra Box software version is v. 10.1 (SFH1). Release Date is 13 Feb 2020.... is this the latest version? If not  how to update?

As what I know, Ultra Box isn't available for Kristal Astro (Brunei) at the moment.
And yes, I think that all Internet-based services from Astro (VOD, cloud recording, etc.) is geo-blocked, and not accessible in Brunei, and that includes Ultra Box.

You know lah, whatever that is geo-blocked, sure got people try to bypass the block especially if configure VPN on the WiFi router to make it connect to Malaysia server, then maybe it might work?
I don't know.... I never try that before, and to the best of my knowledge, there's no actual Kristal Astro customers here in this lowyat forum.... (If you know any, tell him/her to join the discussion here )

Even if someone manage to "smuggle" in Ultra Box to Brunei, that person's Astro dish must be equipped with either dCSS LNB or SatCR LNB in order to receive/watch Astro UHD channels.
If you use Universal LNB (which is the very generic, commonly used ones) on Ultra Box, tuning to Astro UHD channels will appear "Services currently not available". But SD and HD channels will work fine.
Astro no longer supplying SatCR LNB since they decided to supersede it with dCSS LNB (so most likely those older Astro PVR users would still have it).
Yet, I'm not sure Kristal Astro in Brunei there have ever use SatCR or using dCSS LNB now...
So if for those who wish to "smuggle" in Ultra Box to Brunei, remember to bring along the dCSS LNB to watch UHD channels.

I have problem to set up the remote of ultra box to control the tv.
I followed the given instruction. But, it was failed.
My TV is Sharp. The code is 15.
However, the LED didn’t flash in green but red after key in the code.

Hope, anyone may help me the tips and tricks.

For Ultra Box users, quickly press "back" button on your Astro Ultra remote to discard the channel number.
