Thx, is on my TV TCL 50C716 with Dolby Atmos / Dolby AC4, Dolby TrueHD (DTS-HD).

Every time changing channels,when sound is louder..... my sound icon (Dolby Audio) appear on left top corner.

In Ultra-Box setting I set (HDMI Audio) Dolby Atmos - Dolby Digital Plus.
Will try Dolby Audio - Dolby Digital, Stereo (PCM) and Auto.

In S/PDIF Audio if I change from Dolby Audio - Dolby Digital to Stereo (PCM) sound is even much lower.

Thx again..

Edit:
For now on set to Auto....will see how....
Stereo (PCM) in any combination give me lower sound.

According to my previous post .....today Dolby Audio disappear from Ch.820..Eurosport (as pic above).

Only when that channel has both Stereo and 5.1 audio tracks, then the Audio button will appear.

Eurosport and a few other sports channels, actually doesn't have Dolby 5.1 audio also.
So since the channel provider doesn't provide 5.1 audio, therefore Astro start to "remove" the Dolby 5.1 track from transmission. It seems to me that Astro is still in the midst of removing redundant Dolby audio tracks in their channels, and the works is not yet complete.

Yea, start from today.
Yesterday and many days behind with Dolby.

The point is that sound on my TV is much lower without Dolby.

Workaround is, just increase the volume on your Astro box, make it maximum... And then use your home theater system to adjust volume instead.

All along the overall audio volume on all Astro channels for Stereo track are quite low. So it's nothing new about it also.

No sound volume in setting.
I have paired Astro box remote with TV.

Astro is well known of NOT working apps.
Just got Astro update on my phone and you beleive or not...NOT working...haha..
AstroGO on TV....NOT working.
So,
Ultra box software is not so far from this, even so many BETA testers..... tongue.gif

it's like the box just suddenly forgets my wifi network (2.4 Ghz only). Not likely our router as we have many wireless devices at home & none of 'em had this issue.

Every time you changed (or disrupt) 2.4GHz > 5GHz must re-enter password.
I write this many months ago.
Seems no possibility to save pass.
