Reset no cure...

This is the sequence... red light appear for 5 seconds, then blank/blackout for 5 seconds, then red light blinking, blackout 5 seconds, then red light blinking... the sequence then repeated itself

It just failed to go to standby mode... that is what made me think maybe it's the power adapter

I've encountered once for TM modem, one of the light cannot be on, TM guy just came in and replace the power adapter, everything going good again

By the way, I've tested decoder with only the power adapter(no hdmi, no satellite cable, etc)... the same sequence appear

Anyone try this before, only power adapter with decoder? Is the red light blinking like the above? Or stable red light appear? Anyone willing to help experiment(power cable with decoder only) and let me know what is happening for normal unit

Though they add more fare but their habit still the same,Rojak Channels!!Recycling content from one channel to the other.

huh??? I thought many already cut astro subscriptions.. yet they can hit 5.6mil all time high... just wow...

Because Astro no longer reveals the breakdown between NJOI and paid Astro subscribers. Based on the internal info, most of new subscribers come from NJOI which generate less ARPU.

Astro came and check and they said that they can’t do much about the problem(number of people are having this problem according to Astro ), they are pointing towards maxis issue.

Update : yesterday evening till now multicast down( network connection not available) they didn’t even give satellite temporary access during their visit( they gave temporary satellite access when house internet is down)

Anyone having problem after the latest astro auto updates from weeks ago?  My decoder suddenly crashed and recorded show all missing. Technician came change a refurbished one  later that my channel 362 cannot watch and my network don't have WiFi option anymore. Then they came my house change another Decoder few day later same problem again . Then I asked astro to change a new decoder instead of refurbished one they say they cannot request. Depend what technician give what decoder

Then needed to pay $$$ for it..

complain no use keep saying they cannot request this cannot do that blah blah blah . Only know how to make report and ask technician come . Come liao change decoder than got problem again . Like endless loop😭😭😭.

Agreed! with cheap and fast internet asstro is losing many customers by the day,even in my office 4 have terminated asstro. Asstro has many filthy rich customers/companies  who are just paying blindly,buy whatever and who many who never watch but just pay!Until to date has never made a single attempt to reduce its pricing for IPTV and paytv,and the Minister is still reluctant to take asstro to task! The only service provider who has no toll free customer service until today! Gobind is afraid of asstro? I think he is! Until today he has not moved against asstro! Astro was allowed to continue since 1995 without Toll free customer service,how is that!

well it's the corporate customers that are mostly supporting astro now.. they cannot stream online
and for others.. well there's some reason that we don't know about.. maybe those in "back of the leadership" knows what going on    u know leh...

Call up astro to terminate service 2 days ago.Used to pay monthly close to 200/mth
Today astro call ask me take rm21/mth package.

Until today Astro CS did not call me even though he promised to call on last Monday.

when Astro CS called me at that time I was driving and was telling me the list of channels. Thats when I ask him to call back on Monday. But until now did not hear from them.

Well I don't intend to resubscribe Astro.

I was a long time astro customer since they started iptv buddle (also before that), but recently internet services down + price war so I finally cut it.

Based on my experience I will never go back for such package buddle with 2 different company.. Their reaction time is tooooooo slow. Customers have face with all their corporate bureaucracy....

My internet and TV was down for 2 full weeks, after I furiously escalate then only they able to come fix a broken clip/connector at the tm pole which is a 5 mins fix + 10mins time maxis don't know what is wrong, wait for tm technician and questioning my fiber cable is too old.. Lol)
