Channel news asia should be bundle under basic family pack without news pack.
If with news pack can able to watch channel new asia, then consider expensive already..

I even can stream channel new asia via online.. Some-more it's free (not consider free as I pay internet monthly package ) with full hd..

Guys, I have an issue with the new PVR

When the PVR starting to record HD shows, other channels even SD and HD channels unable to watch.

Is it a dual tuner?
Usually, if a decoder is a single tuner, it's basically that.
A dual-tuner decoder can record a show while you're watching another.

Also, have you contacted Astro about this issue?

Based on the system statistics it is a dual-tuner decoder.
However when a show is recording most of the other channels will not able to watch.

Btw, maybe you can check the video/series that you want to watch with the On-Demand features? Then not need to record and can just 'stream' it

hd access fee was RM20 wonder how much for UHD Then comes the box,if its the same HD box then its not going to be that real UHD,doubt they wl launch another UHD box Well 20 over years with astro we know their HD isnt that HD,SD which isnt that SD,and now UHD which isnt that UHD
