Unifi TV revises its TV packs today.

The revival of its Sports Pack (Promo price of RM29.90 to Dec 31, 2023, RRP RM39.90) includes:

6 channels: SPOTV 1 & 2, beIN Sports 1-4
2 apps: beIN Sports Connect, SPOTV NOW (Mobile-only)

The new Unifi TV Movies Pack (Promo price of RM55.90 to Dec 31, 2023, RRP RM69.90) includes:

4 HBO Pak channels: HBO, HBO Family, HBO Hits, Cinemax
2 apps: Disney+ Hotstar, HBO GO

Were you streaming HBO GO content on Astro GO app? ‘Cause you can stream 1080p via HBO GO native app instead.

Seems like HBO GO with linked Astro account is now limited to 720p streaming only. Not sure why though.

No more GO Shop on TV AlHijrah & TVS too.

No news about that. Only affected channels ceasing this month are GO Shop (Ch 111, 118, 303) and Awesome TV (Ch 123).

Just wait until Oct 18, see how it goes then. But no use also since most Awesome TV content are licensed from Astro, it’s quite redundant.

One thing’s for sure, GO Shop officially ceasing Oct 11.

No. It’s Linux-based. Not Android TV.

Seems like the naming scheme from those 2 services was from 2015-16 when On Demand was called "OD", hence the name "OD Free".

I also assume TVB Jade stands for "TVB Jade Pack", now already been discontinued since April 2020. But rest assured that TVB Jade Ch 310 is still on-air, so no cessation occurs. It feels odd of the thought that only the TVB Jade channel would be removed from your subscription.

TVS Ch 122 is becoming a full-fledged free-to-air channel starting yesterday, Oct 10, 2023. From what I observe, no more Astro commercials are being aired, although the broadcast operation is somehow still co-managed by Astro.

TVS is now also available on Unifi TV Ch 122 on Oct 1 and returns to the MYTV Mana-Mana app on Oct 10.

GO Shop's final live programming (SaranghaE-nd Final Sale) has ended with a bid farewell from all Malay presenters since its inception in 2014, followed by Chinese presenters in 2015-now.

This season's Netball Super League is now available live on Astro Arena Ch 801 & W-Sport Ch 815.

I thought I’m the only one having this issue. Tried to sign in to my Android TV numerous times to stream Pestabola Merdeka, it constantly signed out instantly.

BTW thanks man for giving the link, until then, we’re all can stream Astro’s premium sports channels for FREE.

Yes.

Some say it will stay, some say it will be gone. We’ll see in the next two days then, on Oct 18.

Awesome TV isn't available for live streaming via Astro GO since its launch on Astro in 2021. The same thing also occurs in MYTV's Mana-Mana app.

So it's watchable via STB only.

Yesterday on Oct 18, Astro resumes Awesome TV.

Then today, Oct 19, MYTV suspends Awesome TV on Nov 2.



According to MYTV, the broadcast fees issue is the problem. Awesome no more.

It’s possible. A financial problem that makes Awesome TV have to sacrifice one of 2 TV platforms to continue its broadcast operation.

And then Awesome TV speaks up.
