Guys, I have two Superpack 1 accounts. One for my house and another one at my parents' house. I called CS last Thursday (21 Oct) to downgrade Superpack 1 to Value Pack 1 for my parents house as they don't watch that much nowadays. CS confirmed and asked me to wait 24 hours until the change is made.
I checked the account on Astro website this morning, still SP1. It's already Tuesday. I haven't call them again, yet. Is such oversight is normal for them?
Update. I called them again (0395433838), they say no record of my call on 21st Oct. Well, wow.
Instead of entertaining my request, the CS asked me to call 0374919888 and look for "sales dept" this time.
When calling 0374919888, automated voice asked me to send request via Whatsapp (option to talk to CS somehow not available). When I whatapp them, the they stop replying when I start talking about downgrading package.
Are they closing all avenues / avoiding customers to downgrade nowadays? This is bad.
Any success story of downgrading package?
