Anyone managed to run BBC Player on Ultra Box?
Tried based on instructions from Astro email and website but couldn't get it to work.
After clicking the app in UB it goes straight to the page asking to scan QR code to sign in using mobile phone or tablet. After signing in my mobile phone the app in UB is not "activated" or signed in. When I clicked the app in UB (after signing in using my mobile phone), it goes to the same page asking me to scan the QR code to sign in.
Seems like something is wrong in that the signing in via my mobile phone fails to connect with the app in UB, unlike how the other apps on UB (eg I used the same method for beIn Connect and it worked, ie I can play the app on UB after signing in using my mobile phone).

Do let me know if u can watch over Ultra Box if u try it. |

Hi all. I'm having the following problem with my Ultrabox and would appreciate any advice :
Yesterday the box went into software update mode when I left it on standby. The process went on for like 30 over minutes but could not be completed: the percentage progress shown on the screen went to like 5% then dropped back to 0% then maybe 3%. It went on like this till I cancel it.
After that I did a manual update which was completed.
Today, the box went into software update mode again when it was on standby. The same thing happened and I did manual update again.
A short while ago I left it on standby mode and it went to update again with the same pattern.
The strange thing is there is no change in the software after I successfully updated it manually. It's still SFH1 v23.2.3.56.

Does anyone face this problem with Disney+Hotstar : sometimes cannot get Atmos for shows which have Atmos?
I face this now and then, with both webOS (LG) and Android (Shield Pro).
For eg, short while ago, I went into Star Wars Acolyte on webOS n Atmos was there but after exiting I can't get Atmos again after many attempts of exiting n entering. On Shield, couldn't get Atmos at all.
