Nowadays developing apps can easily earn money, that why create a lot of different name of apps.
It's just only make your phone eaten a lot of storage and ram only.

GST is gone but Sales Tax will remain. If we buy a decorder we will pay sales Tax but there should be no Tax for services,this is my understanding. Only a Tax expert can enlighten us on this
