Yours is Philips box?? That one very long lasting...

Samsung one really sucks big... 2 or 3 years kaput one... Especially the adapter...

Yet this email said they respect our decision if we were to terminate the subscription of Astro???

There's miscommunication between management & bottom staff especially Customer Services division...

Because it's cable TV based...

Need multiple base station to get signal...

If tower is far away... Hard to get clear signal...

Satellite TV is different,... Just adjust your dish towards west side.. sunset evening good indicator.... already good to go 😁 see
