Anyone here got call from astro asking to upgrade pack before. in my case, the caller say i can add RM2.50 to upgrade some pack, cant remember correctly.

I agree with you The question when will another player walk in! Looks like no one cos ansa boss wants to develop Pahang!! Just my opinion,I use 8mbps,I can tell you unifi Tv sucks there are times you cannot watch anything!The speed is slow and not reliable! Then Mytv.often no service,Tower problem !! So what choice ? Astro still remains the only alternative let it be NJOI or paid,its availiable most of the time! Even unifi 30/50/100 it is never reliable and availiable all the time,for surfing yes but for streaming? This is why asstro still remains the winner I cut off astro,then for local content I moved to unifi tv,then moved to Mytv and all of them were useless and never reliable! I am now back on NJOI for local channels!

Only hope is on Ansa Broadcast... But seems like no positive development at all.. No news at all... Donno plan still on or not

Anyone feel dissapointed by astro offerings for world cup this year? I think in 2002 2006 2010 2014 the world cup channels were great. Got interactive channels, player cams, different angles cam, highlights channels and so on. Was like 6-8 channels dulu..

Now only 2..was thinking of buying the world cup pass since i dont have the sports package anymore but only 2 channels, and most of the time, i will be away raya at kampung, i skip la..i use my iptv service would be enuf..

Has anyone ever heard Astro VIP package?Pay rm100 got all channel include those PPV channel? I saw this at 1 kampung home. And no its no skybox or whatever box. Its pure Astro, with Astro decoder, Astro smartcard and Astro dish

I believe that RTM only gotten free to air(via airwaves) rights. Hence FTA channels via IPTV (IPTV rights) and/or Satellite TV rights are not included. This is the same case as in Taiwan .... The FTA chs running on IPTV have to block certain animation programs as the rights were not obtained by the Taiwan FTA player. So, the Taiwan IPTV provider will playback a replacement program during the time slot of the animation program and run a stroller informing no rights obtained by the FTA channel. Should be something like that.... Fyi.

Can the astro on the go app be shared with multiple devices? It has the same channels as what were subscribed by the main account holder, yes?

Is my understanding correct, only those who watch RTM using old antennas and on Mytv can watch WC,while those who watch RTM1 & 2 on NJOI /Starhub/astro/unifi will be denied acess?

TV1 satellite feed on Starhub will be encrypted .... Just like last World Cup..... All we see is a Starhub slide saying feed has been encrypted
