Since the SD channel will be ceased, Vinmeen HD should just rebranded as Vinmeen only. The same thing with Quan Jia. Velithirai, will it be upgrade to HD? God knows when.. 😂

Finally there's new shows on Astro TVIQ. Do you think Astro TVIQ will have a new ident when it upgrade to HD in the future or it will be a revamp version like we saw on Astro Box Office Sports ident?

I have doubt that Astro will find replacement channels after Disney-Fox networks exit. Comedy Central was ceased and replace with Paramount Network, but Astro did nothing. The least thing that may happen is Astro replace the movie channel with the rest of HBO channels (which available via HBO Go and previously on Astro IPTV). Or maybe you have to pay the same price for lesser channel in Movie Pack cause we are now offering Disney+ and you just need to add RM5 more.... Do you think that there will be replacement channels especially for Variety and Movies pack?

Singapore's StarHub make a good deal with Disney and they can distribute Disney+ with Star branding programmes. Astro only able to get Disney+ Hotstar just like Indonesia. Im afraid that Disney+ Hotstar will be a dissapointment as no Fox-Star programmes will be available on the streaming service, instead we got local contents and Disney+ exclusive release like Ejen Ali 2 and other malay low class movie directed by untalented actor Hairul Azreen. 😔

Oh really? This is news for me, I thought I had to subscribe as an add-on for my current movies pack subscrptions.

I have two decoders for different houses registered under one name and using the same email and one Astro ID, but with different subscription plans.

First one: SuperPack (newer account)
Second one: Without SuperPack (older account)

Astro CS told me to login with email address for the first one while use the Astro ID alone for the second one.

What's with TV3 over-promoting Disney+ lately? From news coverage, to ads, to pop-up on-air ads.. I mean, I get it, that some PrimeWorks programmes will be there, but its not free. You need to subscribe Disney+ Hotstar. And I believe no one will subscribe Disney+ just to watch their 7pm dramas 😂😂 We want to watch Marvel, Star Wars and others.. No one cares about your J2 Revolusi (that I never heard of until Disney+ ads showing it)

At least Astro customers (with Movies pack) can directly watch Disney+ as it is included. That promo ads make sense.

Astro is good at making franchise or import outside branding to Malaysia. MediaPrima is good at taking advantage. Just look at iQiYI and now Disney+ Hotstar.

FAM Movies on channel 400. Is this a sign that Astro will produce their own homemade rojak family movie channel when Fox Movies, Fox Family Movies and Fox Action Movies exit the TV platform?

I mean, we lose Disney channels and they gave us Tadaa!!! And now its Tadaa!! You didnt see that coming eh? No new import channels as replacement, as it costs more. We got you covered with our very own! 😂

TV3 now has a pop-up interactive function from Astro to subscribe Euro Pack? I can't see this on any other channels (RTM, TVS and AwesomeTV). Only on TV3, even after I change channel and change back to TV3, its still appear. Is this a new kind of Astro-TV3 relationship?

Well if its appear on Asteo channels, nothing weird with that. Interactive mode have been exist for a long time. But on non-Astro channels, that's new. Should it require some sort of permission or what? 😂

Also Disney+ Hotstar ads on TV3 sometimes shows 'exclusive for Astro customers' card.

Wow.. Are these the only UHD channels provider (aside US)?

Quick silly question..if I decided to change to Ultrabox, I will tied 24-months contract with Astro right? Am I still able to change packages after that? (While keeping the bill RM100+ still)
